A monthly maintenance and common expense fee is due at the first of the month. The fee includes the following services provided by the park :
- park-owned cable TV including 90+ broadcast channels, a bulletin board channel (The Video Breeze) and a channel that monitors the four security cameras located at the entrance to South Winds. (Internet and Telephone over Internet services are available at an additional fee.)
- Mowing and trimming.
- Water and sewage.
- Yard waste.
