The updated and revised Bylaws document approved by the membership at the 2021 Annual Meeting has been printed, along with the amended park plot plan, which is an appendix to the Master Occupancy Agreement. You can pick them up in the lobby of the office and insert them in your copy of your Cooperative documents, replacing the outdated ones.
You should also check to see if you have the current printing of the Rules and Regulations dated 2019. If not, please pick up a copy at the office.
Your Cooperative documents may include the Founding documents for historic purposes, but must include the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Master Occupancy Agreement, and Proprietary Lease or its assignment.
