The following information may be helpful to you in making your decision:
This is a resident owned park – That means that all owners are shareholders. To live here one must purchase the unit and the share from the owner.
Only two persons, one at least fifty-five (55) and the second fifty (50) or older may live in a unit.
Home-bound cats are allowed. They must be registered in the office and disclosed at the time of sale or rent. No other pets are permitted.
Owners may have visitors – visitors may stay up to twenty-one (21) days and then must be out of the park for a month before a return visit.
Owners may rent their units when not living here. – Owners may rent once in a calendar year. The minimum length of a rental is three months.
The monthly maintenance fee is $195.00 – This includes: water and sewer, lawn maintenance and over 100 digital cable channels. The park has County trash and recycling pick up.
Amenities: – Pool, shuffle courts, pickle ball court, bocce court, horseshoe pits, putting green, picnic area, pool room, library, recreation hall, free WiFi in Rec Hall –
and many more activities every day.
